5月22日举办的《中国赛艇大师赛·· 南京站》中德英乐青少年赛艇队在少年组别的6个项目中获得4金3银2铜的优异成绩。其中来自上海德英乐学院的Roy He同学取得青少年组男子四人双桨冠军。

China Rowing Masters Championship in Nanjing station was held on May 22nd. Junior rowing team of SDA won 4 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 2 copper medals in 6 projects of junior group, among which Roy He won the gold medal of Junior Men's Quadruple Sculls.

"在南京本次的赛艇大师赛中我们艇很荣幸获得了金牌。为了取得本次活动的胜利我和队友都经过了长时间陆上和水上的训练。我们在比赛时互相鼓励，随时交流，并在最后关头拼劲全力冲刺直至终点。我们的教练不仅在赛前带着我们热身并商量对策，还在我们比赛时在岸边给予了支持和鼓励。这次获胜我们非常高兴，同时也意识到了自己仍然不足的地方，将来会一定会继续努力。"

Our boat is honored to win the gold medal in the Rowing Masters Championship in Nanjing station. To win the victory in this game, our team members have trained both in the land and water for a long time. During the game, we encouraged each other, kept communication and tried our best to reach the finishing line at the last moment. Our coach not only guided our warm-up and discussed strategies with us before the game, but also gave us support and encouragement on the bank during the game. We are very satisfied with the victory of this game and we also realize that we still have some shortcomings, so we will make further efforts in the future.

赛艇课程是上海德英乐学院的必修课程，课程秉承“开拓全球视野 ，激发无限潜能”的核心理念，致力于塑造具有健康体魄、正直人格、自律公平、专注坚持、团结奋进的青少年领袖。

As a compulsory course of SDA, rowing course is committed to the idea of “Develop Global Vision, Inspire Unlimited Potential” and devoted to cultivate junior leaders who boast sound health, integrity, self-discipline, fairness, concentration, perseverance, solidarity and progress.

赛艇运动不崇尚个人英雄主义，强调集体协作，队员之间如何协调，是这项运动的精髓。它所象征的奋斗合作精神是当今国际化、多元化的社会交流中越来越必要的素质。我们从不告诉孩子们怎么样看待世界，但会通过课堂引导与平等交流，启发寻找通向世界的钥匙。

Rowing stresses on the collaboration instead of individualistic heroism, so how to cooperate with team members is the essence of this sport. The spirit of struggle and cooperation it symbolizes is becoming a more necessary quality in international and diverse social communication today. We never tell children how to treat the world, but enlighten them through the guidance in the class and equal communication to find out the key to the world.

上海青少年赛艇运动发展中心：位于上海德英乐联合学校校园内，由亚洲赛艇联合会名誉主席王石发起的国内首个推广青少年赛艇运动的室内训练基地。

Shanghai Junior Rowing Development Center is located in the campus of SDA consolidated school, as a first indoor training base to promote junior rowing in China initiated by Wang Shi, honorary president of Asian Rowing Federation.

德英乐教育集团创立的赛艇课程研究院，已获得万科集团、亚洲赛艇联合会、剑桥大学赛艇队、牛津大学赛艇队等组织的大力支持和教学指导。

Established by DTD Group, Rowing Course Research Institute has gained the strong support and teaching guidance from Vanke Group, Asian Rowing Federation, Cambridge Rowing Team and Oxford Rowing Team.
